Connect Productboard to import customer feedback notes and feature requests.

Why connect Productboard?

If your team uses Productboard to collect and organize customer feedback, connecting it to ProductBet means those insights feed directly into your signal pipeline. Feature requests, customer notes, and feedback are captured automatically.

What gets captured

ProductBet processes Productboard notes and extracts:

  • Customer feedback and feature requests
  • Bug reports and pain points
  • Strategic requests and expansion ideas

Each note becomes a signal with a link back to the original Productboard note.

How to connect

Go to Settings > Integrations > Productboard and click Connect with OAuth. Authorize ProductBet to read your Productboard data, and the integration is active.

How it works

ProductBet listens for note events from Productboard via webhooks. When a note is created or updated, it's automatically processed and turned into a signal.

This means new feedback that arrives in Productboard flows through to ProductBet in near real-time. If a note is updated (e.g., more context is added), the signal is updated to reflect the latest version.

Troubleshooting

  • Not seeing signals? Check that the integration shows as "Connected" on the integrations page. If it shows an error, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
  • Updated notes not reflecting? Note updates are processed with a short delay to avoid processing partial edits. Give it a few moments.
