ProductBet helps product teams make better decisions by turning scattered customer feedback into clear, evidence-backed product priorities.
Instead of guessing what to build next, you connect the tools your team already uses, and ProductBet surfaces what your customers actually need.
This guide walks you through setup so you can start seeing value quickly.
Create your workspace
- Sign up at productbet.io and create your organization
- You'll land on the Overview dashboard, your home base for everything happening in your product
Invite your team
Product decisions are better when the whole team has visibility. Go to Settings > Members, invite teammates by email, and each person gets their own notification preferences so they only see what matters to them.
Connect your first integration
This is where things get interesting. Go to Settings > Integrations and connect the tool that has the most customer conversation data. For most teams, that's Intercom, Slack, or Productboard.
Every integration connects via OAuth, so setup takes less than a minute. No API keys to copy, no webhooks to configure manually.
Set up your AI provider
ProductBet uses AI to process your signals and generate insights. Go to Settings > AI Providers and add either an OpenAI or Anthropic API key (or both). You can choose which one to use as your default.
What happens next
Once your integration is live and your AI provider is set up, ProductBet starts working automatically:
- Signals appear as customer feedback flows in from your connected tools
- Opportunities surface when patterns form across your signals
- Bets let you turn insights into tracked product initiatives
You don't need to tag, sort, or organize anything. The system does that for you.
Navigating the app
ProductBet has five main sections, always available in the left sidebar:

Keyboard shortcuts
ProductBet supports keyboard shortcuts for fast navigation. Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to open the command palette, where you can quickly jump to any section or search for specific bets and opportunities.
