What is the Overview?
The Overview dashboard is the first thing you see when you open ProductBet. It gives you a snapshot of your product's health and the work in progress.
Open Opportunities
Below the health metrics, you'll see your open opportunities, the customer needs that have surfaced from your signals and haven't been acted on yet.
Click any opportunity to see the full evidence and decide whether to convert it into a bet or dismiss it.
Active Bets
The dashboard also shows your active bets, the product initiatives currently in progress. You can see each bet's status and click through to the detail page.
Tips
- Check the Overview at the start of each week to stay aligned with what customers need
- Use opportunity trends to spot areas of your product that may need attention
- A growing list of open opportunities means customers are talking. A shrinking list means you're responding
