By accessing or using productbet.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
productbet.io is an AI-powered product intelligence platform that helps product teams collect signals, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of product decisions. The Service includes web-based tools, integrations with third-party platforms, and AI-powered analysis features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties. When you delete your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze signals, identify patterns, and generate recommendations. AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and should not be treated as definitive business advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated insights. Your data is processed in isolated, stateless workflows and is not used to train AI models for other customers.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to transmit malicious code; or (f) resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
The Service allows you to connect third-party tools and platforms. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time through your account settings.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved. Free tiers and trials may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by productbet.io and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, productbet.io and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
